Let me introduce you to the Light! The Light of the World is Jesus Christ! “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
God is love. He is holy. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into Hell. On the third day, Jesus arose from the dead and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth. Jesus is coming again to judge those who are still alive on earth and those who have died.
You will be judged based on your choice of who you made Lord of your life while on earth. Some make themselves lord. Some make other gods their lord. But only Jesus Christ is the Lord of lords, the true King of kings. the Messiah, the Son of the Living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He is the Truth, the Life, and the Way. No one comes to the Father except through Him.
You can never be good enough, do enough good works, or give enough to get into God’s holy presence apart from the work of Jesus Christ. He said, “It is finished” on the Cross. He did the work so we can be saved by faith in Him!
”For by grace are you saved through faith, not of works lest anyone should boast.”
”For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”
”For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
”For as many as call upon the Name of the Lord, shall be saved.”
To have true peace and joy, to know the Light and be delivered from darkness, you must ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins, be your Messiah and Lord, and give Him thanks for all He has done for you through His death on the Cross. He is alive and is praying for you even now! He loves you with an everlasting love!
Hell is a terrible place that was made for the rebellious angels who chose to follow Satan. You do not want to go there. Give your heart and life to Jesus today!
If you have fallen away from your faith pray this prayer, “Lord Jesus, I am coming back home to you today. Forgive me of all my sins. I confess You as Lord and Savior of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit so I may live for You all the days of my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
