Lighthouses of Alaska
State Prophecy
Many of you are aware that the Holy Spirit placed Alaska on my heart back in Nov. of 2007. He continued to speak to me and lead me through signs and symbols, speaking in many ways through media and those around me! The most interesting was when I was approached by a young bedouin at the bottom of the Great Pyramid in Egypt this past January, and he said to me “it feels like Alaska”! So it came as no surprise to me when I read the following article about Gov. Sarah Palin and her family’s faith in the Lord as Good and the Creator who knows what is best after giving birth to Trig, who has Down’s Syndrome. This began my prayers not only for a word for Alaska, but also for their Governor, Sarah Palin. She was one more woman I had seen come forth this year of 2008 as a leader! Another Deborah to awaken the Body; another Esther arising for such at time as this! To my delight, she is now the Vice Presidential running mate with Presidential hopeful John McCain! Today is the anniversary of Alaska’s purchase from Russia to the United States, sometimes known as “Seward’s Folly”. (October 18, 1867) I believe the Lord has shown me however, it is Russia’s loss and our great gain. Just as Joseph had storage places for the times of famine in Egypt and the surrounding regions, so the great national treasure stored up in Alaska will be a place of hidden resources and blessings for the USA! Praise God for Alaska and for using one man’s “folly” to bring us all “blessing”! Alaska Governor Sarah Palin Writes to Friends and Family an E-mail from God Concerning Her Newborn Son’s Disability Teresa Neumann (April 25, 2008) The e-mail was signed, “Trig’s Creator, Your Heavenly Father.” (Anchorage, Alaska) Gov. Sarah Palin gave birth to her fifth child several days ago, son Trig Paxson Van Palin. This week, she and her husband Todd showed off their new baby and talked to reporters about Trig’s premature birth and subsequent diagnosis of having Down’s Syndrome. “When we first heard, it was kind of confusing,” said Governor Palin explaining that initially she felt “sad.” But, according to a report in the Anchorage Daily News, the family worked through the initial shock and now Alaska’s first couple feel blessed and chosen by God. In their eyes, she said, their son is “absolutely perfect.” The report noted that the Governor sent an e-mailed letter to relatives and close friends in which she wrote, as though it were God speaking: “Many people will express sympathy, but you don’t want or need that, because Trig will be a joy, you will have to trust Me on this. Children are the most precious and promising ingredient in this mixed-up world you live in down there on Earth. Trig is no different, except he has one extra chromosome.” The e-mail was signed, “Trig’s Creator, Your Heavenly Father.” Source: Lisa Demer – Anchorage Daily News
